| Those having authority to sign a Permit are County Commissioners, Township Supervisors, Fire Chiefs, and Borough Manager. | |
| A. | All responsibilities (civil & Criminal) remain with the individual purchasing the fireworks. |
| B. | NO ONE under 18 years of age may purchase fireworks. (Photo I.D. required.) |
| C. | BOTH sections must be completed , signed, and returned. |
| D. | A $500.00 bond (insurance), must be secured. (Amount listed by law). ( homeowners insurance usually sufficient - check first ) |
